The Journey Begins

With our first child, I took a pregnancy test without telling my husband. I thought the chances of us being pregnant were pretty slim given my age and hormone imbalances. When it came back positive I decided to film his reaction when I delivered the news. I bought a cute little onesie that said "kisses for daddy" and a book titled "I love you, Daddy" and put it in a gift bag with the positive pregnancy test. I told my husband I wanted to give him a surprise gift and handed him the gift bag. At first he was really confused. I'm pretty sure he thought the pregnancy test was a covid test (this was in early 2023). I'm so glad I got his reaction on video, he was so surprised and happy! I'll show our son when he's older (there's a profanity in the video).
